in Foster Home

Waverly is currently in foster care. Here is what his current foster has to say about him! "Waverly is incredibly sweet, lovey, and definitely a velcro dog. He has gained a lot of confidence from being around our resident dogs and I could see him doing really well in a home with another dog or two or perhaps he would prefer to soak up all the attention himself! He is a bit obsessed with our cats but does NOT seem to want to harm them, just isn't good yet at leaving them alone. He would probably do best with someone who can be home with him most of the time. He has a silly side and will occasionally steal socks. He has the cutest butt wiggle you ever saw. He is food-obsessed and should probably have a slow-feeder bowl. He will bark at the mailman and anyone approaching the house but calms down quickly when he realizes someone is here to visit. He gets a little excited around small kids and can be a little mouthy, thinking he could play with them like another dog - he is still learning! He is eager to please and treat motivated. Walks okay on a leash but could use some help refining his skills." If Waverly sounds like he might be a good fit for you, fill out an application today!
