"Thanks to donations, Tyrone has seen a vet for his intake appointment. He is overweight but overall, his health is not too bad. We were told he had some growths and he does have one benign tumor that will need monitoring.
The vet reported he is "the most perfect Angel" and his fosters love him very much. That just makes us smile and we hope it makes you all smile too. " ODH Facebook 8/18/25

URGENT - PERMANENT Old Dog Haven FOSTER HOME NEEDED:
(located in W. Washington or Portland, OR only)
This little guy's person passed, leaving him to the only family member
around - she can't keep him more than another week or so, however.
His health is pretty much unknown, the last vet visit was 2022 and he
was OK then; caretaker does report a "bad cough" which could mean many
things. He has a little trouble with stairs at times, but will still
play with toys. He is using a potty pad in this home though was used to
going outside in the past. He has lived with dogs and cats, loves kids
and older folks, and is used to having someone home with him all the
time. If you have room for an old man who is undoubtedly confused
and lonely, please contact us A.S.A.P.!
