"WYATT" a fine and respectable gentleman

ADOPTED!

"WYATT" is a wonderful, compact 4 year old male pit bull type dog with a name that derives from old England.  And since the volunteer writing this bio can't stop watching 'Downton Abby,' the comparisons are going to be endless.

Wyatt doesn't fuss with the stuffy wait staff and prefers to get on with the traditional horse ride early in the morning for some exercise.  Afternoon tea conversation bores him, he would rather follow his important person around on daily activities that didn't involve other dogs.  You see, he is English after all, and prefers to be the only dog prince in town.

He is handsome isn't he?  Yet any true lady dog may find him a bit forward!  He is calm yet can become flustered with the ladies are around.  He may need some guidance through reward based training classes.  But he's well worth the effort!

Meet "Wyatt" at Multnomah County Animal Shelter!  Here's his online bio:

"ZOE" gorgeous mature gal!

 ADOPTED!

Zoe is short and cute and looks kind of like an oversized Boston Terrier :)  She is calm and mellow and wants lots of love!

It's kind of embarrassing to be asking for a new home at her age but she's hoping for a good committed home who appreciates the sweet and mellow, but still with pep in her step!

Come see Zoe today!  Here is her MCAS weblink:

"DUGAN" cutie Lhasa boy

ADOPTED!

Once you take the time to get to know me, I am the biggest little dog you ever did meet. I recently received a much-needed, spiffy haircut that has restored my outlook on life. I am about 2 or 3 years old, and I am ready to change your life forever! In exchange for one spunky, potty-trained and crate-trained doggie, I have the following list of demands: You must like to play fetch (don't worry, I'm the one who does all the running around), and you should like to go for walks because exploring my universe is one of my favorite things to do. You're going to need to commit to regular grooming. I never want to be in knots again. I think I would do best without kids, but if you have them, they should be 14+. I fully intend to be the apple of your eye, so I would prefer not to share you with other dogs. I hear that training is a fun way to bond. I like fun! And I really, really, like tennis balls. Little guys like me don't come around here every day. Won't you be the lucky one who takes me home? To learn more please contact Angela, the foster coordinator @ 503-807-9134

"WOO HOO" !!! Action, camera!

ADOPTED!

Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound! Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Woohoo! Needless to say I’m looking for an active, engaging home that will give me plenty of play time but boy do I love snuggle time too. I hope you don’t mind a bed buddy because I really love cozying up under the covers with my people. My foster mom has me crate trained, house trained and raves about what a smart little guy I am. I love my canine companions and love to wrestle in play even with my giant Mastiff pal. The shelter will require that my new family sign up for classes so we can continue my training. I’m doing great but still get a bit fearful of strangers. I’m seeking a family with children 12+ that will help me learn that unknown people can be really cool treat dispensers. Woohoo is approximately 8 months old and ready to be your fun loving side kick. To learn more about this charming boy contact Angela, the foster coordinator @ 503-807-9134

"BLANCHE" adorable Lhasa mix

ADOPTED!

I am such a nice little dog to work with. My foster mom says I am going to be someone's heart throb as I blossom. I still have lots of growing into confidence to accomplish. 12 pounds of sweetness now. I am a little shy and ask gently with one paw on your hand for a touch or scratch. Then I will let out a big sigh and settle into your lap if invited. I am asking that only families with children 10 years and older ask about me. I walk nicely on leash but to be honest I am a bit over whelmed by the big world out there so a back yard is a real treat for me. I can let my hair down and roll on my back in the grass and check out the whole garden while never letting you out of my site. I have met 5 different dogs while at my foster home so far all different sizes. I played with one and was very polite to the others. Mostly I hang out on my bed with one eye on you or am in your lap if it's up to me. I had to get a pretty radical hair cut after lots of neglect but everyone reminds it's only hair it will grow. Call my Foster mom at 503-262-7101 to meet me
