came in with Proud Mary, Mountain High, River Deep, Golden Eye, 

MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community, They have had years to resolve this issue, but if questioned, they give outdated excuses or deflections so the general public doesn't recognize their failure to complete this part of their funded, legal government mission. It is gross negligence on their part to not make spay/neuter the priority for adoption animals.

 But, it's not the dog's fault. The dogs need good adopters
