UPDATE 7/15/25 Transferred to Project Pooch!
'Look through our adoptable dogs to find the perfect match for you and your family. We assign each dog a breed and do our best to describe the dog's personality. Please read each dog's profile closely before applying or coming in. Meets with dogs are set up only when an approved application is on file and the adopter meets the basic suitability requirements for a particular dog. We actively seek rescue placement for our dogs who have medical needs, training needs, or for dogs who just haven't found their forever home through us. Dogs who are noted to be "Committed to Rescue" are not currently viewable for adoption, and they may have a home already through their rescue placement. You are welcome to fill out an online application for us to pre-approve and keep on file. Then, when your dream dog comes in, the adoption process will be much quicker"
"Our dogs all go home with their spay/neuter completed, microchipped, rabies vaccinated, DHPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, are heart worm tested, one month flea/tick preventative applied, and with a 1 year license included. They also will have their teeth checked and any needed dental work done prior to going home, too!" CCDS FBLearn more about me!

Shelter ID: 106011 Australian Cattle Dog/Chinese Shar-pei, neutered male, 2 yrs 51 lbs
Description: Happy, sweet, AND smart? What more could one ask for in a pup? Meet Ravioli, an approximately 2 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs about 51lbs. Ravioli cannot wait to find a fun home to call his own, who will embrace his love of play and social time. He is a young guy who would love to go for walks, meet the neighborhood, and adventure! Training is really fun too, and brain games and puzzle feeders are fantastic for those laze-around-the-house days. Ravioli can be pushy when meeting new dogs, but seems to be really interested in playing with other dogs, too!
1) Ravioli likely would do best with a person or family that has experience with young, more active dogs.
2) Ravioli has been dog friendly here at the shelter, and may do great in a home with another dog. He may do best with a dog of similar size and energy level, too.
3) We don't know how Ravioli will be with cats or other small animals. Please discuss proper introductions with your adoption counselor to make sure that Ravioli and any resident small animals can be good housemates!
4) Ravioli may do best in a home with children who are 9 years of age and older due to his playful and bouncy nature.
