UPDATE ADOPTED or on hold
ROSCO is a great example of the good you can do when opening up your home as a foster to a scared shelter dog in need!!
He was terrified and shut down in the unknown environment, but a willing foster volunteer took him in and he has opened up and feels more secure. He may always be a more timid dog, but that's ok. Just needs a good home who understands that.

In Foster Home
Hello! My name is Rosco and I'm looking for my forever home. Not much is known about my history because I was found as a stray. I've been staying with a foster and really thriving! I'm a young guy, about 8 months old, so I'm looking for training and guidance. When we first meet, I'm a little shy and have some touch sensitivities. With treats and scratches, I quickly warm up and show you my goofy side. My foster mom says I'm a gentleman in the house, very easy to redirect, and a big cuddler! I have been very polite to both my cat and dog roommates. I show excitement when seeing other dogs and would benefit from a sibling dog to show me the ropes. Are you ready to be my new best friend?
