Alaska is a gorgeous 12-year-old Malamute who is looking for a soft
place to land for her golden years. At 90 pounds, this "extra-large" {NOTE- the stats list as 9 yrs and 85 lbs}sweetheart is a sensitive soul who thrives on gentle companionship and a
calm environment. While she may be a senior, she still has plenty of
love to give and is looking for a dedicated adopter who can help her
feel her best.
Because of her lush coat, Alaska is looking for a family who enjoys the
bonding time that comes with regular brushing to keep her clean and
comfortable. She is also on a journey to get back to a healthier size,
so she'll need a partner who can help her work on a gentle weight-loss
plan. If you have a big heart and a quiet corner of your home for a
