Hi, I'm Poncho! My shelter friends say I'm super cute and I won't argue with that. I can be a little nervous and shy at first because the world feels pretty big and scary to me right now. With some patience, gentle introductions, and a kind heart, I start to feel safe and show my true colors. Once I warm up, I turn into a playful and affectionate puppy. I might even surprise you by hopping right into your lap for some pets! I'm looking for a calm, loving home where I can go at my own pace and build confidence with someone who understands that good things take time. .
It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.
