🐾 Meet Baby Cakes: A Star Awaiting Her Spotlight!
Baby Cakes is a beautiful 5-year-old American shelter dog who is ready
to trade the kennel for a cozy couch.
While the shelter environment can be a bit overwhelming for this sweet
girl, don't let her shyness fool you-beneath that initial hesitation is a
loving companion waiting to blossom!
We believe that with a little patience, consistent love, and a quiet,
supportive home, Baby Cakes will quickly calm down and show her true,
wonderful self. She is looking for the kind of family that understands a
deserving rescue dog needs a moment to adjust before her playful
personality can shine through.
Could you be the calm, loving force that helps Baby Cakes become the
confident, happy dog she's meant to be? Come meet her today!
Baby Cakes would be best as the only dog in the home. Notes from her Fido Field Trips:
"An absolute favorite! She is truly awesome, well-behaved, and a polite
snuggle-bug who already knows her manners-sitting, shaking, and laying
down on cue."
She is a dream on the leash and travels exceptionally well in the car.
Whether navigating busy traffic or passing bicycles and scooters, she
stays focused, calm, and highly responsive to her person."
"She passed her home visit with flying colors! She was so polite and
calm that one of my cats felt comfortable enough to stay in the room
with her the entire time. She is easily redirected and truly easy to
manage."
"From car rides to cat-greetings, she is the perfect polite companion.
She doesn't pull on the leash, loves to show off her tricks, and is a
joy to have in any social setting."
