UPDATE 1/16/26 ADOPTED
MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community. They have had years to resolve this issue and are creating a larger problem for homeless pets. .....WHAT are they thinking? WHY are they allowed to continue in MCAS management when they don't fix this fixable and critical issue??
BUT...it's not the dogs' fault, and these poor homeless dogs need good adopters!
"MISTLETOE" is Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!
