UPDATE 11/15/25 ADOPTED
It is so important to spay/neuter considering the overpopulation of homeless dogs. MCAS management is perpetrating the problem by allowing the adoption of so many intact dogs. There are ways to solve this issue, but they have failed to do so.
But, it's not the dog's fault. The dogs need good adopters and they are existing in a loud and crowded animal shelter. Please adopt.
"OPRAH" is Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

Meet Oprah, a beautiful 6-month-old mixed breed puppy who is ready to
star in her own forever story! This sweet girl is incredibly loving and
affectionate once she feels safe, but she can be a little reserved when
first meeting new people or exploring new places. She simply needs a
moment to observe the world before she lets her playful, loving side
shine! 💖
Because she's still young and developing her confidence, Oprah needs
patient adopters who are committed to her growth. She will thrive with
owners dedicated to positive socialization and consistent basic training
to help her become the amazing dog we know she can be. If you're ready
to provide gentle guidance, plenty of treats, and unconditional love,
Oprah promises a deep, rewarding bond. Come meet this sweet, smart girl
today! 🐾
