EARHEART" *Pre-select* Chihuahua "MCAS"

If you care about the current homeless dog overpopulation crisis, PLEASE let Multnomah County commissioners/ MCAS and news stations know that MCAS needs to spay/neuter the dogs before adoption!

MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community. They have had years to resolve this issue and are creating a larger problem for homeless pets. ..... but...it's not the dogs' fault, and the dogs need good adopters!

11/21/25 "I'm available for a pre-select adoption but I can't go home yet. Please come to the shelter to apply! Learn more about Pre-select animals." NOTE- it is important to check at the local animal shelters if you lose your pet as the stray hold time is only 3-6 days depending on if they have any id . Often the dog is listed as pre-select the same day it comes in as a stray
