AND it's your job as an adopter of a puppy to provide adequate training and exercise, so they develop into well-rounded adults. Please don't fail this puppy.
MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community.They have had years to resolve this issue. But, it's not the dog's fault. The dogs need good adopters
