She is a lovely young dog, special needs Nez is Deaf and also has some Mobility issues - she can get around ok, but her gait is off.
"NEZ" is Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

Heyoo!! My name is Nez and I am a 1 1/2 year old female Labrador
Retriever!! Something to know about me is I am a deaf sweet girlie. I
would do best in a calm household with a family that is very patient and
can help show me the world. I am still working on learning some basic
hand commands but that would be a great opportunity for us to grow
together! My history is still a little mystery but staff here have been
working with me to help my personality blossom! If you think we would be
