MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community.They have had years to resolve this issue.
Meanwhile...it's not the dogs' fault, and they need good adopters

NOTE- it is important to check at the local animal shelters if you lose your pet as the stray hold time is only 3-6 days depending on if they have any id
