MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community.They have had years to resolve this issue. ' But it is not the dogs' fault and they need good adopters

Ducky is a sweet but timid Poodle who is looking for a calm and loving home. She definitely comes alive once she is out of the kennel environment. She enjoys her time in doggie playgroups.
