Blanca is lovable affectionate and a Favorite with staff and volunteers! Blanca is NOT showing her best side when some visitors stop at her kennel to look at her.
If this happens, just toss her some treats and keep walking on by. Enough people doing this might help her associate good things with strangers coming in

I'm Blanca, a beautiful Pit Bull mix looking for my furever home. At first, I may seem a bit nervous - new situations can be a tad overwhelming for me. I do ask there are no children under 8-years-old in my new home, as small children can make me nervous. Now, let's talk walks - I may pull a bit on the leash, {note - still easy to walk...}but with a bit of guidance and maybe a fancy harness, we can make those strolls enjoyable for both of us. Oh, and about my ears, I've had a history of ear infections, so regular care and attention to this area will keep me feeling my best.
