Constant Companion Dog
I am really happiest being where my people are. I would love nothing more than the curl up on your lap or trot along with you on walks. If you are seeking a relaxed and easy-going friend to keep you company through your life, then I am the dog for you! Through thick and thin, I will be by your side. I am in a bonded pair with Red and we would need to go home together.

  8 yrs 136 lbs (Obese)

Great dogs! Would love to see a caring adopter help
these overweight Malamutes to get in better shape so they will live longer and happier lives.

  1. The red is named Jazz, and the sable is AJ. They are purebred Alaskan Malamutes. AJ was born October 2012 and Jazz in May 2010. They were dumped off as strays by their breeder because they are too old to produce puppies. You can still see them on his website: windrivermalamutes.com we have already rescued 3 from him that were badly abused (Grizz, Keiko, and Apache) - just wanted everyone to have the correct information on their age, names, and what they've been through.
