My name is Rascal and I'm a cute little dickens. The shelter is guessing I am a Shih Tzu and terrier mix about 3 years old and I weigh about 11lbs. My finder says I was good with the dog and cat in the household and get along with pretty much everyone. I bark when I hear noises so apartment living is not a good match for me. My finder says I chewed on pants so my new people need to teach me to chew on my toys. An adoption counselor can explain how. I am small and active but also like to spend some of my time in a lap.
