"COCONINO" #354804"looks like" German Shepherd, Labrador
neutered male, 3 yrs 6 mths 35 lbs available 9/6/26 $300
What my friends at OHS say about me:
- I love to be the center of attention. All eyes and pets on me, please!
- I will be your sunshine on rainy days.
- I can't wait to show my new family how playful I am!
- Looking for a buddy to fill your home--and hours--with energetic play and sparkling conversation? If so, I'm the gal for you!
- Get your throwing arm ready! I would love to play fetch with you as much as we can.
- I am used to living an active lifestyle! I would love to get up and go adventure with you.
- I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.
- While I may be okay with the occasional canine friend, I'll never be a dog park kind of dog.
- Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.
- Resource Guarding: I have a history of guarding my people, food, toys and/or bedding from other animals or people.
- I love to learn! You can use my favorite toys or treats as positive reinforcement and to teach me new things.
- Click here to sign-up for our Start over Rover class! We will help you set you on the right path to have the best life possible with your new furry friend through training, games, and exercises!
- I have chronic skin issues which will require long term management. It can be caused by different factors such as fleas, food or environmental factors.
The type of home I'm looking for:
- I am not for the first time dog owner. Someone very familiar with canine body language is a must for me.
- I need to go to an adult only home.
- I would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
- I would flourish in a quiet, calm environment and a low-traffic home. No busy apartments or dwellings.
