Meet Rocky, a handsome, young bundle of pure sunshine who believes every stranger is just a best friend he hasn't kissed yet! ☀️🐶 With a tail that wags so hard his whole back end wiggles, this goofy lovebug thrives on belly rubs, yard zoomies, and lap snuggles. 🎾💤 He arrived to us a bit underweight, but our care team is helping him safely gain his fluff-and he needs a loving adopter ready to continue his meal plan and give him all the nourishment and affection he deserves! 🥩❤️ Ready to bring a lifetime of happy dances into your home? 🐾
