 Meet Rebecca! At 5 months old and 20 lbs, she's on track to be a perfect medium-sized adult. A classic "American Shelter Dog," Rebecca is a total sweetheart who just needs a little time to bloom. While she can be fearful of novel things, she transforms into a waggy, kissy-face girl once she feels safe. To help her gain confidence, we recommend Positive Reinforcement training. Using high-value treats to reward her for investigating "scary" new objects at her own pace will help her realize the world isn't so daunting. With a patient family and a bit of "look at that" training, she'll be your bravest, most loyal companion!
