He deserves a good home. A calm, stable place. Give him lots of time to adjust and feel safe.
CHANCE is nervous of strangers coming into the kennels ( his shepherd protective instinct ), but he is a very affectionate boy once introduced to someone. Chance is still so young and partly due to the recent shelter quarantine, he has been living in a shelter for too many days!

affectionate companion once he knows he's safe. In fact, once he warms
up, he's known to flop over for belly rubs and lean in close for all the

for an adult-only home where his family can help him navigate new
introductions at his own pace. He's a smart boy who already knows how to
sit for treats and is highly motivated to learn and please his person.
