My
name is Star. I'm a happy, female Border Collie mix. I love to take
walks and don't pull on the leash (most of the time). I am house broken
and don't chew on things. I know some basic commands like "sit", "go
lay down", "get out of the kitchen", "go potty" and "come".
My Foster parents noticed that I am at home in a woodshop and am comfortable with loud saws, sanders, hammering and even the shop vacuum.
I enjoy looking out the window when we go for drives in the car, but it doesn't take me long before I'm just napping.
After I get to know you I will want you to rub my tummy. I also want to crawl into your lap so you can pet my soft fur. I love to take baths, so keeping me clean and shiny is very easy to do.
I stay on the floor most of the time, but might join you on the couch if you invite me.
My ideal home would be with a person who is with me most of the time and who has no kids or kids over the age of 12 years. I have shown to be good with other dogs but unknown with cats.
