A MCAS volunteer recently noted on the Shelter Dogs of Portland Facebook site:
"Nomar is a Multnomah County Animal Services pup who joined us at the PetSmart outreach this past weekend. He loved everyone he met, and he especially enjoyed meeting dogs in every aisle. He has a boxer-like play style with his front paws and never-ending wiggle butt. Meet this great guy today!"
