Hello, my name is Penelope! I arrived at the shelter with a tag identifying my name but have lost my family. If you are searching for a sweet little companion then please come down and meet me. My adopters should be able to afford regular grooming to keep my coat healthy, and be prepared to spoil me with love and kindness. A family with no children under the age of 8 because of my insecurity and enjoy going for stead walks is another thing I'm looking for. I am around 11 years old and weigh 7 pounds.
