"BEN" big smiling German Shepherd/Husky Mix!

ADOPTED!

Hello, so pleased to meet you. I have been on a long road looking for my forever home. A very nice family found me and took care of me for over a month. They wished they could keep me but their move made that impossible. I am truly grateful for their shelter and comfort and now you will know more about me!

I have great house manners, although if you have rules against couch dogs I may not be right for you. I love to cuddle on the coach or any soft bedding. I got along really well with the children in the household. The youngest I just avoided, at 2 years old, do you blame me? Other than avoiding the youngster I was a dream dog playing with the children. I even let them use me as a pillow while watching the TV!

I know many commands like, like sit, lay down, come here and even hug. I am a bit of a puller so maybe a harness to make that work better?

So you see I am a really great catch so please ask about me today. My stats, I am a neutered German Shepherd and Siberian Husky, around years old and weigh about 86.6 lbs. Here's my MCAS weblink

"BESSIE" MELLOW gal, now in Foster!

ADOPTED!!!

The shelter named me Bessie, a sweet name for a sweet older gal. I am not sure how I ended up here but I do know that my goal is to find my forever home without any other dogs as soon as possible. We Staffordshire like our creature comforts. Cloths, soft couches and even snuggling under the comforter on "our" bed. If you are up for the pampering I require I will reward you with a loyal lady, ready to be by your side forever more! I am a tan and white female Staffordshire Bull Terrier, around 4 years old and weigh about 78 lbs. I am currently in foster care, if you would like to meet me please contact the foster coordinator Donna at 503-545-3021 or donna.b.scott@multco.us..

"JOSIE" petite pretty tan pittie

Returned to owner

I am not just a pretty face! I have a good brain and basic manners that need a bit of polishing. Reward based training classes are a great place to start. I am looking for an active home who will keep up with my daily exercise needs.

I arrived at the shelter with signs of having been in some tussles with other dogs, but I have been a model guest at the shelter. Until more is known about me, it is recommended that I live in a home with no other pets. There may be an exception if your adult male dog is especially social and gentle.

I am about 2 years of age and I weigh a lean 41lbs. Ask about me today! Here's my MCAS weblink

"MOLLY" pretty pitmix

ADOPTED!

Hello, my name is Molly! I originally came to the shelter because my first family was unable to take care of me.

Since then I was adopted and lived with my adoptive family for over a year. It seems I can't catch a break because they were unable to take care of me too. The good news is that I am housetrained, love to play in the water, like to play fetch and have been described as a very happy dog!

My adopters say that although I have been through obedience class already, I still need some guidance on not running out the door when it opens! An active family who is dedicated to loving me forever is what I deserve!

Please come down to the shelter and meet me! I am a year and a half old and weigh 40 pounds.  Here's my MCAS weblink

"KAY" & "CHI" BestFriendsForever!

ADOPTED together!!!

Well hello so nice to meet you. My name is Kay and I found myself here with my brother Chi. Our mom has had some hard times and now we need a new home.

We both need some extra TLC to adjust in our new home and would be best suited in a family with children 10 years or older. Frankly we want to be the only children in your home. That said we have lived in a home with cats and Chi and I are requesting that we stay together.

Won't you make our forever home wish come true? I am a tan and white spayed female American Shelter dog, around 9 years old and weigh about 32 lbs. We really love each other!

"KATO" the very best :) a sensitive lovable mature guy needs some TLC

ADOPTED!!!

Hi my name is Kato and my sad tail needs a happy ending. My dad passed way recently and I find myself in the shelter starting over. I am a great adoption prospect with my good house manners and I also get along with most cats and dogs I meet. A slow and safe introduction to new friends is a must.

Since I have been through so much lately the shelter is asking that I only go home with families with children at least 10 years old. The more mature children will be sensitive to my hard knock story. Won't you ask about me today? My stats: I am a red neutered male American Shelter Dog mix around 8 years old and weigh about 49.6 lbs.

"DEXTER" cute, energetic, goofy Boxer/Pug!

ADOPTED!

I have to be one of the spunkiest 7 year old dogs around! Sometimes I get so excited that I just cannot contain myself! I LOVE all things edible and I am a food seeking missile! I am looking for a responsible home with kids over the age of 12 years and secure fencing.

I got into some trouble in my previous home for chasing people on bikes and on horseback. I have lived with other dogs but I am selective about greeting new dogs. I am too rough with small dogs and cats. I have some good basic obedience, including sit, down, and play dead.

I like to take baths and I am crate trained. The shelter recommends a home with a commitment to reward based training. I am about 7 years of age and I weigh 34lbs. Here's my MCAS weblink

"BODI" awesome, happy Rottie girl

Bodi was "TRANSFERRED" TO Family Dogs New Life today! Please visit, Bodi will be happy to meet you!

Hello, my name is Bodi! Are you looking for a mature companion who already has some skills under her belt?
I have been social with all of my shelter friends, know how to do a couple of tricks and am now looking for a place to retire!

Regular steady walks, watching movies on a comfy bed, plenty of treats and of course lots of love! If you know my breed then you understand that we love our food and don’t really like to share!

A family with children 10 years or older who can spoil me rotten would be perfect! Please come down to the shelter and meet me! I am around 8 years old and weigh 77 pounds. Here is my MCAS weblink!

"SCRUFFY" I love everyone at the shelter, and they all love me

ADOPTED!

Hi there, my shelter name is Scruffy. I'm a sweetheart of a guy waiting to go home with you and settle in and learn the house rules. I think I know what you mean when you say "sit" or "down", but it would be fun to go through an obedience class with you.

I am 2 years old and weigh about 44lbs. In my new family, kids should be 8 years or older. I love everyone at the shelter and they all love me.

Come and meet me so you too can fall in love and take me home.
Here's my MCAS weblink

BAXTER - I was the best little Model today :)

ADOPTED!

Hey there, my name is Baxter. I'm a cute little 4 year old terrier mx - at least that's what the shelter says. They asked me what I was and I don't know so your guess is as good as mine. The shelter staff says I'm cute as a button and will be a great friend for some lucky adopter.

I'm a little shy at first but give me a few minutes at my level and I'll warm right up. Because little kids might scare me, the shelter is recommending if there are kids in my new home that they be at least 8 years old - after all I'm not even 9lbs so even little kids are giants to me.
Oh yeah I got hurt recently so I need to be on "light duty" don't worry it will be easy, I am 4 years old and weigh 8.5 lbs.

"HI JACK QUINCY" fun Poodle

ADOPTED!

Hi Jack Quincy is a sweet little guy looking for his forever home. He came to the shelter with a broken leg, but after a successful surgery he is well on his way to a full recovery!

He enjoys short walks, napping with his dog buddies, and keeping his foster mom's lap warm. He has not been observed around small children, so kids over the age of 6 would be best. He is housebroken and rides well in a car.

This little guy will bring much joy to your life! Come down to the shelter and meet him today! Here's his MCAS weblink

"ZADA" lovable, friendly, a little bit shy, pretty Pitmix puppy

ADOPTED!!

Hello everybody my name is Zada. My mom is unable to take care of me right now so I find myself in the shelter starting over. I am only 7 months old so I feel like I am still very flexible and can handle the changes. By the way part of the changes will include you and I going to reward based classes together, won't we have fun? I have a great default sit but I admit I am a leash puller and could use some confidence building.

My mom did want you to know a little about me so here you go… I lived with cats and dogs. I was in the process of learning my manners with the afore mentioned species. The cats were quick to put me in my place and I feel like I was catching on. My dog sister was older so you see I had trouble at times remembering polite dog behavior. Thankfully she was a patient lady!

I love balls, rope toys and any stuffed toy you can find. Even though I weigh 35 lbs I think I am a lap dog and love to cuddle in bed with my family.

Do I sound like a good match for your family? Please ask about me today!  Here's my MCAS weblink
