"SALLY" fun little Lhasa mix

ADOPTED!

Hiya, I'm Sally and I'm looking for a very special home. My last family seems to have forgotten dogs need to be part of the family, loved, trained, socialized and cared for Since coming to the shelter things have been getting better and better for me! My matted coat has been shaved and I'm looking and feeling so much better. My foster mom has been working on this thing called "clicker training". I'm catching on real quick and love to learn. I love my foster mom but must say, I'm more of a one person kind of dog and if that person is a female all the better. I will warm up to men but it will take a patient man willing to give me time without too much pressure. I'm living with another dog and have learned a lot from him. I'm getting better on my walks, enjoy car rides and am even house trained (with a schedule) and crate trained. I'm seeking a adult home that likes a little project and is willing to continue with my training and socializing. In return I promise to charm you and be your loyal pal. Here's me, very painfully matted, when I first came into the shelter - sadly, I wasn't well cared for in my last home. People like dogs like me (Lhasas, Poodles, Bichons, Shih Tzus, Schnauzers, etc) because we "Don't Shed" but because we don't shed, we must Be Groomed on a regular basis.
