Are you ready to adopt an active puppy into your life, and able to provide the time, love, commitment and training needed? If so, Latte might be the one for you! She is adorable, only 6 months old, and full of life!
Hello, my name is Bradley! I am cute as a button and have a friendly fun personality too! I've landed myself homeless and am hoping that someone will fall in love with me quick! A laid back, gentle and patient family with children over 6 is what I'm looking for! You see, I have some knee trouble so no jogging for me. You might think its cute when I roll over when reached for but really I'm trying to ask you for space. Positive training techniques will help built our relationship and build my confidence! The shelter will require we attend a class together to get us started. Ask about me today! I am around 2 years and 16 lbs
I am just as sweet as can be and I hope you are looking for a dog like me! I will need regular grooming, good quality food, and regular fleas control to get and keep my skin and coat in shape.
Hello, my name is Studley Muffin but my shelter friends call me Stud for short. I guess my name speaks for itself! I am a handsome boy with a solid athletic body and a sweet muffin personality!
Are you looking for an active companion to love forever? It just so happens that I am seeking a new home and hope that you find me as charming as my shelter friends do! Come down to the shelter and meet me! I am around 3 years old and weigh 65 pounds.
Hello, my name is Jay! I am a jolly old basset hound that came to the shelter in really sad condition.
Although I have a few medical issues, that doesn't stop me from being happy to meet anyone and everyone!
Now I am looking for a new family that can give me some TLC, a comfy bed to lay on and of course long walks to use my nose! Are you interested in me? Come down to the shelter and say hello! I am 10 years old and weigh 60lbs.
ADOPTED! Hello, I'm Bandit! I am quite the adorable little Low Rider boy!
I came to the shelter easily overwhelmed by strangers and noises but with lots of food from different people I have started to become more confident! Once I feel safe, I am a silly, social and affectionate friend!
Mona
is a great girl! She’s a soft natured, well mannered, sweet and cuddly Cocker
Spaniel seeking her perfect family. Mona is house trained, crate trained,
enjoys the company of nice dogs and adores her foster family. They rave about
what a good girl she is and that she’ll make someone a wonderful companion.
Mona is about 5 years old, prefers a quieter lifestyle and may be overwhelmed with youngsters in the
home so she’s requesting children 10+ apply. She’s diligently working on her
those pesky extra pounds and would love a walking partner to help her slim down
to a healthier weight. Mona loves car rides and is quick to call shotgun for
road trips. She’s looking for a family that will keep her golden locks in order
with grooming appointments and frequent brushing. Beauty does come with a price
but she’s worth it! To learn more about this sweet girl contact Angela, the
foster coordinator @ 503-807-9134.
I’m an adorable pup with tons of potential but I
need the right family committed to helping me get there! When I came to the
shelter I was pretty scared. I scored a foster home and my family has really
helped me learn about the big, sometimes scary world. I get to go to work with
my foster mom and I love meeting all the new people. I’m happy and friendly but
if something startles me my response may be to bark at it. I need an owner
committed to classes (required with my adoption) and of course lots and lots of
field trips and positive experiences. With a proper introduction I enjoy other
dogs but until we meet they too may get a woof of uncertainly. I’m living with
a kitty and tend to think chase is more fun than him so a cat free home is
likely best. Oh ya, no chickens in my new home. I really can’t help my bird dog
instinct here! If you like sweet, athletic, smart sorts and enjoy working
with/training your dogs I may be the boy for you! Tucker is approximately 5
months old. To learn more about this cutie contact Angela, the foster
coordinator @ 503-807-9134.
Hi there! Pinky is my name, but I am not as sassy as that moniker might imply. I have lived a pretty much solitary life, often kept alone in the yard and not paid attention to. But I am looking forward to finding that special person who will open up their heart and home to a dog in need of a second chance. Because the shelter does not have much information about me, I am looking for a home as the only pet or with a social adult male dog and kids over the age of 12 years. I have been mellow and calm in all of my interactions with people here. I am about 7 years old and I weigh a thin 52.2 lbs
When their owner passed away, Dotty and Finnagan came into the MCAS shelter to find a new home (hopefully together!) These 2 are both gentle spirited, slow and easy little senior dogs and love people! They are so fun to be around, and they love their easygoing morning and afternoon walks!
Hello, my name is Peter! I have landed myself horribly matted and without a family but I can say that none of that has gotten my spirits down!
I have been an enthusiastic little guy with a fun personality! A family found me wondering the streets and took me in for a couple of days. They report that I am housetrained, social with other dogs and lived with young children!
Now who doesn't want these traits in a new companion? Please come down to the shelter and meet me! I am around 6 years old and weigh 15 lbs.
Here's my MCAS weblink for more info. Would love to meet you!
I'm Carl, a rambunctious,
fun-loving cocker spaniel who loves toys, people, other dogs, rolling around in
the grass, and carrying toys around everywhere I go. Life is fun and wonderful
and every moment should be lived to the fullest, don't you agree? I am both
crate trained and potty trained. I do pull a bit on leash, but hey, no one is
perfect! I am wonderfully food motivated, so we will have lots of fun taking
training classes together! Because I am so full-of-life, the shelter thinks I
will do best in a home with children who are 10 or older. Also, I will require
routine visits to the groomer to keep my coat free from matting. I promise you
that with me, life will be anything but boring. If you want to share your home
with a lively, vivacious muppet such as myself, please contact Angela, the
foster coordinator, at: 503-807-9134.
Ok, we really don't know what I am, and that's why MCAS is calling me an "American Shelter Dog" mix! I am a BIG TALL gal, 2 yrs old, 75 pounds. I have a pretty face with a dark mask, a beautiful body with a thick furry tail and a healthy Brindle colored coat.
I'm smart, lovely and basically an easy going dog. I'm a very devoted dog too!
Violet needs a boost in confidence and wants a gentle owner to help her gain some! She is a gentle loving spirit with a beautiful dark fawn color in her coat and eyes.
