Hello, friends! My name is Rosie. I am quite the big love bug once you get to know me! Although I have come to love my friends here at the shelter, it can be a bit overwhelming here for me, so it is important that my new family take it slow introducing me to new people and places. With some patience and time, I will be able to show you my wonderful personality. I have done well with same-sized dogs, but should not live with any animals smaller than myself. I have spent the last couple months in a foster home, recovering from a bad case of kennel cough and have been medically cleared for adoption! Wow, just look at my paws! That's how I got my shelter name, Little Big Foot. Like most poms, my throat is delicate and I go into a coughing fit if I get too excited. Also because I'm black, I can overheat easily if outside in the heat for too long.
