CALLIE HAS BEEN WAITING ALMOST 1½ YEARS.

Somewhere out there is CallieMagoo’s person. We know it. We just need to help them find each other.

Callie is a fun-loving, incredibly smart 4-year-old girl with plenty of energy, a huge personality, and one very important priority in life: being with her human. She wants to learn, work, play, explore and be part of your world.

She loves leisurely sniff-filled walks, rolling in the grass, brain games, fetch, and working for her food. She can cuddle, too — but this girl is definitely not looking for a couch-potato lifestyle!

Callie has worked incredibly hard during her time with OFOSA. She’s completed extensive basic and secondary training and continues to improve. Even better, **her trainer will help her transition into her new home** so her adopter won’t be doing this alone.

Potty trained & crate trained

Knows kennel, sit, leave it, heel, place, free & down

Loves people and is extremely loyal

Spayed, microchipped & vaccinated

Smart, eager to please and ready to keep learning

 

Callie’s perfect home is a little more specific — and that’s okay. She needs a securely fenced yard with tall fencing because a squirrel sighting can apparently activate her four-foot vertical launch system. No apartments for this girl!

 

She would likely be happiest as the only dog, although she can do well with larger dogs. Small dogs and cats are not a good fit. Her adopter also needs to be committed to continuing the training and enrichment that help this smart, active girl thrive.

 

After nearly 18 months in our care, Callie deserves to finally hear the words, “You’re home."
