Meet Lucy: A Loving Companion Seeking a Special Connection Lucy is a loving and intelligent dog with a big heart and a few quirks that make her uniquely charming!
She absolutely adores being with her people and finds endless joy in playing with toys and splashing in water. Her smarts are evident - she's already mastered "sit" and "shake"! Lucy's bright mind also means she thrives on mental challenges and would benefit greatly from puzzle toys and slow feeders to keep her engaged.
Lucy is looking for a devoted adopter who understands her needs. She would be happiest as the only animal in an adult-only home, where she can soak up all the attention. Lucy does experience separation anxiety and will need patient support with crate training to help her feel comfortable when left alone. She may be a little shy in new situations, needing a little patience and tasty treats to help her feel more comfortable and build confidence. To provide her with a safe outlet for her energy and minimize potentially stressful situations, a securely fenced backyard is highly recommended for Lucy.
