"SAMMY" a "somewhat senior" Boxer mix

ADOPTED!!!

Sammy is with Senior Dog Rescue in Philomath, Or
A nice rescue group!

Sammy is a Boxer boy mix who was transferred from the Bonnie Hays, Washington Co Shelter to Senior Dog Rescue in Philomath - down near Albany, Or.  (Thank you Senior Dog Rescue for taking a senior local dog into your group! Sammy is the best!)

About Sammy

Sammy is a very sweet and gentle Boxer mix. He is 8 years old and has wonderful house manners. He loves to take walks and just hang out with his person. Sammy did not do well in the shelter and lost some weight, but he has rebounded from that in a great foster home and looks wonderful now.

He is current on all of his shots and neutered. He needs a home where he feels safe and secure.
Sammy's adoption fee is $150.
Please contact us to meet this wonderful dog. You won't be sorry!

"BRADLEY" charming little Terrier mix

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my MCAS weblink

I am as handsome as the actor who I am named for and just about as charming. I am also a young and active and in need of reward based training to help me mature into the best adult dog I can be. My ideal home would offer me plenty of daily exercise and stuff to do, invest in reward based training, and probably should be feline-free since cats may be too much fun to chase. I am about 1 year of age and I weigh 10lbs. Ask about me today!

"CHARLIE" Hound pup needs a smart/ lively dog loving home!

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

Hello the shelter named me Charlie after Charlie Hunnam. Yes, I am that handsome! At 6 months old and weighing in at 39 lbs I am growing more adorable every day! It's a given I have high energy, that along with my need to scent things could get me into trouble if my family does not take care. The shelter highly recommends we take classes together, that plus good confinement, regular exercise and mental stimulation is the ticket to all our happiness. Please ask about me today.

"YOYO" please ask before picking me up? adorable playful Poodle mix

ADOPTED!

Available at Multnomah County Animal Services

here's my Mcas weblink

Hello, my name is Yoyo! I am a get up and go type of guy that is looking for a new family! Sadly I'm no stranger to this situation and am hoping this time it will last forever. My first family wasn't able to take care of me so they gave me to another family who is also no longer able to take care of me. I have been social with other dogs here at the shelter, I already know a couple of tricks, am energetic, food motivated and would appreciate making the decision to jump up on your lap vs being picked up. Because of this a family with no children under 10 is perferred. If you are interested in me, come down to say hello! I am around 4 years old and weigh 15 pounds

"MARIAH" quiet teenager Chi mix

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

Hello my name is Mariah, I am the shy girl in this sister act. Once I feel comfortable around my family I am a love bug but frankly I lean on my sister Peanut so we would like to go home together but understand if that can't happen. The shelter wants you to know I lived with a cat but I did occasionally chase it. If you have cats the shelter suggests a very slow introduction to the household cat. I have not been exposed to the younger set in my life so the shelter is recommending only families with older, 10 years plus respectful children ask about us. I am around 9 months old and weigh in at 9.4 lbs. My sister got adopted and went home without me. Please come and take me home!

"ROZ" sweet and sensitive Pitbull

 ADOPTED!!!
Roz, we wish you well

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my MCAS weblink

Well hello there, my name is Roz. I’m a sensitive, sweet and gentle gal looking for a new family. I am wishing for a home with like-minded sweet and gentle people, who will walk me daily and feed me good quality food. I will need a family who will be patient and kind with me as I adjust in my new home, and a family committed to using positive reinforcement training methods only please. I will return the favor with a love that knows no limits, and will warm your heart daily at the sight of my pretty pink freckled nose. I have cohabitated with a cat before, but always best to do slow intros to ensure that things will go smoothly. I do require daily walks so I can go potty and exercise is good for us anyways! I'm about 3yrs old. Come meet me!

Hello, my name is Tink! I arrived at the shelter because my family is no longer able to take care of me. I have been content to sit on your lap, especially once I get to know you. Please come down and meet me!

"PHOEBE" nice middle aged Cattle Dog

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's  my Mcas weblink
Hi my name is Phoebe and I am around 6 years old and weigh in at 42 lbs.
I am not the most outgoing girl here but I sure am the most loyal!
Are you familiar with Australian Cattledogs or Blue Heelers? We are a special breed so doing a bit of research is a great idea. Due to our unique characteristics we don't always fit into the average urban home.
Thanks for asking about me.

"KI" lovable wild child!

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

Hello my name is Ki. I am however not a dainty girl! I am more of a rough and tumble gal looking for fun and structure to help me mature. The shelter has noticed that my skills with other dogs are in need of some guidance and is asking my new family have no other dogs or small animals. They would love to see us go to classes together and are sweetening the pot with an adoption discount if you have proof of classes prior to taking me home. I have a lot to learn and a lot of love to give the right family. I am around 1 year old and weigh in at 41 lbs.

"LILY" a gorgeous American Eskimo Dog

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's  my Mcas weblink

Hello the shelter named me Lily for my sweet disposition and Lily white coat. I am truly a nice girl around 3 years old and weigh in at a stout 25 lbs. I stayed with a nice family overnight and they wanted you to know I did really well with their family dog and played with their older children. We American Eskimo don't always have the best reputations with strangers, well I am the exception to the rule. Won't you ask about me today?

"SEVEN" a happy little Terrier mix

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

I am a sensitive fellow looking for a fresh start. I like to bark and let the world know what I think about stuff but I have been an otherwise quiet guest here at the shelter. I am looking for a home with adults and kids over the age of 12 years. I can take a little bit of time to warm up to new people but I am a gem of a boy once I do. I am around 2 years old and weigh in at 10.6 lbs. Please ask about me today!

"CINDERS" adorable underbite

ADOPTED!

Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!

here's my Mcas weblink

Cinders is my name and charming is my game. I am a full on goofball once you get to know me. Did you see my undershot jaw? Cute right? If I am not familiar with you I come off as standoffish but once I feel comfortable the kisses begin. I am looking for a quieter household with no small animals including chickens and cats, respectful children at least 10 years old who can help build my confidence and provide me with plenty of mental exercise so I don't get into trouble. Another dog friend may be fun! The shelter does not know what breed I am, they are calling me a miniature Shelter dog and I am around 2 years old and weigh in at 15 chubby lbs.
