Howdy my name is Jim! I am a 14 year old 20lb mixed breed looking for a
home to curl up in. I am a senior guy but that doesn't slow me down, I
really enjoy going for morning walks around the shelter and although I
have some stiff joints I still have plenty of pep in my step. I have met
other small breed dogs in the shelter and wag my tail with excitement, I
wouldnt mind another senior dog in the home and probably wouldnt care
much about a cat. My ideal day would be sleeping in before our morning
stroll around the block then I will announce when it is time for
breakfast, then we cuddle on the sofa and watch a movie before our
afternoon nap. I may be hard of hearing which is great for
napping...that is my favorite past time after all. Like many small
breeds my teeth...and breath could use some work. The shelter staff have
found that I have some age related medical problems but it doesn't seem
to affect my quality of life, the adoption counselors can go over
everything with you during our counseling session. I know I may not be
everyone's first choice, but I know there is a sofa out there looking
for a cute little dog like me to curl up on while I live out my golden
years! Wont you come to the shelter and meet me today?!
