Recommend No Dogs in Home ( enjoys being in a social groups with a small number of other non-pushy dogs)
My name is Bonnie. I am looking for a home where I can be the center of someone's world as the only dog in the household. I am dog selective but with careful introductions, I might find some doggie friends, but I am not a dog park kind of girl. Going on leash walks and exploring the neighborhood is more my style. The shelter is recommending that if there kids in my new home or kids visit on a regular basis that they are at least eight years old and respectful of my space as I don't always want to share my food or toys. I know sit, shake and down and love treats so I would be open to learning new tricks or behaviors. I will need some time in my new home to settle in and then I will be a wonderful member of the family. If you think we might be a match, please come and visit me and we can get to know each other.
