The way Jack sometimes cowers makes me wonder if he was mistreated in his previous home. This boy is a sweetheart, and volunteers adore him. Jack has been very lovable and not jumpy or mouthy when I had him out. The more times you meet him, the more he trusts you. Jack may be a little guardy of his tennis ball, so please, allow him space if he doesn't always want to share. He's a sweetheart

I am Jack, an active and playful shepherd mix! You could call me the hands-on type but since I do not have hands I learn with my mouth. To an exuberant dog like me everything is a game, sometimes I just get so excited I will jump up and grab the first thing that looks like a toy. I am up for anything and ready to amaze my new family with my skills. I am looking for a family who does not take life too seriously that will be patient, positive and lift me to my potential of being a perfect pup. My new home should not have any cats nor children under 8 years old.
