Feb 17 Great news! Sammy is off insulin, for now at least. And he's lost over two pounds!
I have a video! Sammy is a whole bundle of love! This big guy is looking for a new place to call his own. Sammy is a bit on the heavy side and needs some help to lose weight through some TLC, dieting, and exercise. He also has some special needs that will require him to be indoors only. Sammy has a whole lot to love and even more to offer! He’s quiet but sweet and enjoys gentle affection. Sammy has been around other cats before and may do alright with another mellow feline. He doesn’t seem to enjoy the company of dogs or young children as he’s a pretty laid back fellow. Any new introductions should be done slowly and thoughtfully. Sammy has been diagnosed with diabetes and will require long-term medical care. A medical consult is included prior to adoption
