Hello, my name is Roscoe! I am a young dog that is looking for a new family. I arrived at the shelter because my family is unable to care for me any longer. They report that I was bottle fed as a 3 week old puppy, like to sleep under the covers, am insecure about strangers and new environments, and have limited exposure to other dogs. I would do best in a home with no small children, due to my exuberant activity level. Obedience classes are also HIGHLY recommended for me. I want to build the best bond I can with my new family and show off some new skills. Do you have room in your heart for a special guy like me? I am around a year and a half old and weigh 62 pounds
