Hello, my name is Jasmine. As you can see by my picture, I am in great need of TLC! I have arrived at the shelter in search of a new family because my owners are unable to give me the care I deserve. We are all hoping that this stop will be my last. I have lived with other dogs, cats, and would be best in a home with children over 8. My family says that I am an easy going companion who is housetrained.
