Roscoe is a handsome boy who can appear reserved at first, but once he warms up to you he's a loyal and devoted companion. His friendly nature shines through, and he loves nothing more than spending time with his human friends - whether it's playing in the yard or lounging indoors, he wants to be where his people are. What Roscoe needs most is help building his confidence - he's had a bit of a rough start and is looking for a patient and understanding adopter who can help him overcome his insecurities. He also needs a home that doesn't have any feline friends. With positive reinforcement, love, and consistency, Roscoe is sure to flourish into the confident and happy pup he's meant to be!
