Mack is a smart but goofy guy who loves to romp and play! He has lived with other dogs in the past, and one of his favorite activities is running around the yard playing chase. He can be nervous when left alone, so having a canine companion may help him be more comfortable when he stays at home while his family is out.

He is nervous with new people and gives a big alert bark when he sees them. Mack will need a patient adopter who understands his fear and is willing to continue his training to responsibly manage his behavior. He is very food motivated and such a hard worker!

Interested adopters should live in adult-only, single-family homes. Due to his fear and anxiety, Mack would struggle in shared housing such as apartments or townhouses.

Once he gets to know you, you’ll get to see his clever and fun-loving personality. If you’re looking for a smart pup, live a quiet life, and are willing to let him take things at his own pace, Mack is waiting for you!
