MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community. They have had years to resolve this issue and are creating a larger problem for homeless pets. .....WHAT are they thinking?? You can't help but worry, and wonder - will these adopted dogs be used by people for breeding?or have"unintended offspring" to contribute to more poor homeless dogs?...but...it's not the dogs' fault, and the dogs need good adopters!
