MCAS needs to spay/neuter all dogs before adoption, especially the females and purebred dogs! Management is failing the dogs and the community. They have had years to resolve this issue and are creating a larger problem for homeless pets. .....WHAT are they thinking?? You can't help but worry, and wonder - will these adopted dogs be used by people for breeding?...but...it's not the dogs' fault, and the dogs need good adopters!
"Shy dog lovers will absolutely fall in love with Daisy. She is pretty quick to warm up to people who use a gentle approach, and she even seeks out snuggles and affection. If she can be so sweet with the volunteer dog walkers, I imagine she will be a very loving, engaging girl in the right forever home. Please give this beautiful, sensitive girl a chance! She is so worth it. "MCAS FB comment
"I just got done walking Daisy. She is an absolute gem. She is timid and shy, but the sweetest! " MCAS VOLUNTEER

🐾 Daisy: A Sweet Soul Ready to Blossom 🌷 Meet Daisy, a beautiful girl who is looking for a patient and understanding home to help her truly blossom! Daisy is incredibly sweet once she builds trust, but she has a shy and sensitive side that needs gentle handling. While she may be nervous in new situations, she is highly motivated by treats and warms up to calm, soft-spoken people who give her space to approach. Daisy is currently doing well in care and has shown wonderful progress, learning to accept necessary handling with the help of her devoted care team.
