Meet this smart and energetic boy! He excels in training and is highly
food motivated, making him a quick learner. He knows commands like sit,
down, stay, leave it, drop it, back it up, out, and kennel in. While
he's making great progress with manners-such as not jumping on people
and stopping unwanted chewing-he's still working on refining these
behaviors. He can be a bit of a counter surfer, so food should be left
out of reach.
He is comfortable going into his kennel at mealtime and sleeps
peacefully there. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs,
though he can be vocal during play. He's working on living with a cat;
he may chase if the cat runs, but if the cat is relaxed sitting nearby,
he'll ignore her-he just wants to play!
Energetic and playful all day long, he benefits from a household with
another active dog and plenty of stimulation. He enjoys car rides and is
about 90% potty trained-he's had some accidents when left alone, but
he's good in his kennel when alone.
Ideal for a home with experienced dog owners, especially those familiar
with high-energy breeds or German Shepherds, who can provide him with
the activity and adventures he craves. If you're ready for a fun-loving,
