"Help Nelson find his happily-ever-after. He came from a sad situation. He was chained for most of the day and had an environment that couldn't meet his most basic needs. A neighbor was his guardian angel and advocated for him until his family agreed to let him find a new life. He's now waiting at Multnomah County Animal Shelter. The shelter environment is seriously distressing to him, so he needs to meet his furever human very soon and start his happy new life" Fences for Fido Facebook
