LOOKING SO MUCH BETTER now!
This gal has a very nice temperament! MOO MOO didn't get proper flea treatment/care in her previous life, and she still has hair loss on her rump. She will blossom with good care. It was observed in the shelter that she can be reactive (on leash?) to other dogs, but I've seen her pass some other dogs' kennels relaxed and wagging her tail.

Meet Moo Moo! She is a sweet girl who can sometimes take a moment to warm up to people but she does warm up quickly, treats to help coax her out of her shell sure do help too! While we're still getting to know her, we have noticed that sometimes she gets a little over excited when seeing other dogs, a home that will allow slow introductions to other pets is preferred.
MOO MOO is looking much better these days, with proper diet, and good care
