UPDATE 7/30/23 Adopted
Banjo is a sweet
dog. He is afraid in the shelter. He is active and needs a lot of
exercise and stimulation, and he can be rowdy and on the
bigger side. He can get rough when he plays with other dogs.
Banjo needs someone to spend time with him so he can feel stable, secure in a new home

MCAS hours/ Location
My name is Banjo! I have never met an activity I did not like! If you love exercise and keeping active, then we will be fast friends. I will go for a run in the morning, a hike in the afternoon, play fetch in the evening, and unwind with some play at home before bed - and I would love nothing more than to have someone who can keep up with me. It is important that I have an outlet for my boundless energy! I am young and exuberant and probably had no training in my previous home. so I will need to learn house manners, how to greet people politely and how to walk nicely on leash. My play style is rough and tumble so if there are other dogs in the household, they should be roughly the same size and be okay with my type of play. The shelter is recommending kids 8 & up due to my jumpy/mouthy behavior.
