Update 11/6
ADOPTED
There are too many Huskies in the shelters looking for new homes these days.
(wtf keeps breeding these poor dogs??)
Rosa. A very nice Husky mix with tons of personality! She is becoming a bit of a wild child from being in the shelter too long, and like all adopted dogs will need time to decompress in a new home.
MANY GOOD LOCAL DOGS like Rosa linger at the MCAS shelter. Why are so many of our good local dogs not being helped by OHS or other rescue groups who are "saving" dogs from out of state? (when dogs like Rosa, a local Husky mix, would love to go to a Local Rescue Group?)
"ROSA" is Available for adoption at Multnomah County Animal Services!
MCAS hours/ Location
Animal ID: 274104, 1yr 60 lbs

At this time, community members aren't able to visit the shelter to browse adoption kennels, and adoptions are limited to the virtual process. Exuberant Dog I am Rosa, an active and playful Husky looking for someone to tire me out - are you up for the challenge? I am up for anything and ready to amaze my new family with my skills. I am looking for a family who does not take life too seriously that will be patient, positive and lift me to my potential of being a perfect pup
