At this time, community members aren't able to visit the shelter to browse adoption kennels, and adoptions are limited to the virtual process. Elvira is a delicate little lady who just wants to be loved--a cozy bed, a nice lap, some tasty snacks, and a family to call her own.  but she gained weight (and extreme length nails trimmed, teeth cleaned) while staying in her foster home.
