"SWEET Potato" aka "GRACE" Adoption UPDATE - very senior Pomeranian

Happy Adoption Update! Jan 2018  "Sweet Potato" aka "Grace"

"We went to our local shelter to drop off some donations last week and found this little girl. She just broke our hearts and we had to bring her home.
Welcome our newest baby - Grace, a 15 year old Pom mix. She has been through hell but we have seen some good improvements already in the short time with us and hope that she only gets healthier and stronger with time
Thank you Multnomah County Animal Services for taking this little girl in from the cold (found wondering the streets), giving her medical care, showing her love and saving her life!! We love her dearly :) And she gave us (hubby and I) kisses today for the first time :) She is also wagging her tail when she sees us and has little energy spurts where when she is outside she will ping up like a bunny and run around a few flower pots LOL It is so cute! She is such a doll!"  (from MCAS FBook)

I'm Sweet Potato, a senior Pomeranian lady! I am the dog who is always prepared for a marathon - as long as it is a movie marathon. There is nothing I love more than a cozy, warm bed and some good company. We can discuss our favorite foods while you give me pets and attention. The vets have found that As an older lady, I have some kidney issues which are manageable but will require consistent treatment and vet visits in the future. I also have issues with my knees. I promise to provide you with lots of laid-back love and friendship if you save me a spot on the couch! I'm a sweet older lady looking for a calm home to retire in.  15 yrs, 6 lbs
